Tianjin Langyu has launched a variety of AGV products, among which the 240-ton overloaded single-vehicle AGV product is the first in China, mainly used for transportation from the indoor assembly line of the 6MW cabin of CRRC Wind Power to the outdoor warehouse yard.
It is understood that the equipment is 10 meters long, 3.4 meters wide and 0.8 meters high. It adopts 12 sets of 20-ton drive multi-motor collaborative control software design, integrating a number of advanced technologies to solve the bottleneck problem in the assembly of the wind power industry. The equipment not only abandons the universal wheel to reduce the rolling of the ground during turning; it can also work normally in an extremely cold environment of minus 30℃; the hydraulic stabilization system and lifting system used in it also effectively solve the eccentricity problem of load-bearing climbing; at the same time, the equipment integrates remote diagnosis, big data, Internet of Things and other fault self-diagnosis technologies to effectively ensure the stability of the AGV during operation. The staff told reporters that the equipment can increase the workshop efficiency by about 60% without increasing the number of staff.
