AGV的主要导航方式有:
Magnetic strip navigation
Similar to electromagnetic guidance, magnetic strip navigation is used to replace metal wires buried under the ground with magnetic tapes on the road surface to achieve guidance through magnetic induction signals. It has better flexibility, is easier to change or expand the path, and is simple and easy to lay magnetic tapes. However, this guidance method is easily interfered by metal materials around the loop, and the magnetic tape is susceptible to mechanical damage. Therefore, the reliability of guidance is greatly affected by the outside world.
Laser SLAM navigation
Laser guidance is to install a precisely positioned laser reflector around the AGV driving path. The AGV emits a laser beam through a laser scanner and collects the laser beam reflected by the reflector to determine its current position and heading, and achieves AGV guidance through continuous trigonometric operations. The biggest advantage of this technology is that AGV positioning is accurate; no other positioning facilities are required on the ground; the driving path can be flexible and adaptable to a variety of on-site environments.
