Quality control advantages
Lonyu attaches great importance to quality control to ensure that our products meet high standards at all stages. We adopt a series of strict quality control measures to ensure that each product is excellent.
First, quality control starts from the mechanical design stage. When designing each AGV system, our designers and engineers focus not only on its functionality, but also on its maintainability and reliability. Their compact but uncrowded parts arrangement takes into account reasonable installation and maintenance space to ensure each component can operate efficiently.
The layout of electrical wiring is also part of quality control. We pay special attention to the safety and reliability of the lines to ensure stable operation in any working environment. We provide different levels of waterproof and dustproof performance according to customer requirements, such as IP54, IP55, IP64 and IP65.
After the design is completed, we conduct finite element force analysis to ensure that the frame has redundancy beyond standard loads to cope with dynamic loads. Installation simulation is also essential in the design stage. By simulating the installation process through software, we can ensure that all designs are reasonable before implementation, thereby ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
Each AGV will undergo a number of rigorous tests before leaving the factory, including actual measurement, aging test and durability test. Only after all testing reaches a standard of excellence will we ship the product to the customer’s site. These tests ensure that each AGV has a high degree of reliability and performance.
